Implant supported dentures are a high-quality choice because they are guaranteed to stay in place, unlike conventional dentures that rest along the gum line. The implants with a special attachment are placed inside a patient’s jawbone, and the dentures snap onto the accessory. Patients find that the dentures insert and remove with ease, they speak clearly and eat more variety of foods, and worth the process it took to get the implant supported dentures.

What to Expect

Initially, the dentist will consult with the patient desiring implant supported dentures. During the consultation, the dentist will review the patient’s medical and dental history and examine the patient’s mouth including x-rays.
